DPM Employee Benefits
 
As an employee of DPM Consulting Services, you will be eligible for the following benefits:
 
Priority Health* - PPO and Health Savings Account (HSA)
Major medical hospital, physician, and prescription coverage through Priority Health.
Guardian Insurance Company*
  • Core Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment ($45,000/$45,000 employee only).
  • Core Short-term Disability: A weekly benefit is provided for short-term disabilities caused by illness or accident.  Benefits include 60% of weekly compensation paid to a maximum of $500 per week.  The plan provides eighth day coverage for accidental injury and for illness or pregnancy.  Benefits are payable for a maximum of 13 weeks.
  • Buy-In Long-term Disability: After the first 13 weeks of disability, a monthly benefit is provided in the event of continuing or total disability.  Benefits include 60% of your base monthly compensation up to a monthly maximum of $2,000.
  • Dental: Coverage through Guardian DentalGuard or First Commonwealth Dental at 00%/80%/50% for specified services.
  • Vision: Vision coverage provided by Davis Vision.
  • Critical Illness Coverage: DPM offers Voluntary Critical Illness Insurance through Guardian. Critical Illness provides a lump sum payment to a person diagnosed with a serious illness and can be used for any purpose. It supplements other insurance and can help pay for unforeseen expenses when a serious illness occurs.
*The above benefits are effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment.  There is a monthly pre-tax employee contribution for employees who participate in the DPM Benefit package.

**The Short-Term Disability, Buy-In Long-Term Disability, and Life/AD&D Insurance package and/or the Dental or Vision packages may be purchased separately.
 
Referral Bonus
You are eligible for a referral bonus for any employee referral that is hired and completes ninety (90) days of service with DPM Consulting Services.  The referral bonus amount is $1,000.

401K Plan
You are eligible to participate in our 401K Plan after completing 3 months of service and with enrollment dates on the first day of each quarter.

Payroll
DPM pays on a semi-monthly basis (paydays are the 15th and the end of the month). Each pay period consists of billable hours to complete a pay cycle.  Any hours in addition to the total number of hours for the pay period will be paid according to Federal guidelines.  Your first paycheck will be delayed approximately two weeks.


Direct Deposit
You may elect to have your check direct deposited to the bank of your choice into your checking and/or savings account.
