Demonstrates sound software design principles in a faced paced environment. Successfully lead, managed or supervised junior developers, testers, or analysts. Architected enterprise level .Net based solutions for large corporations in a team environment. Demonstrates initiative by enthusiastically accepting and often leading new opportunities. Successfully managed and will continue to manage, multiple engagements simultaneously. Works closely with customers and partners to identify new business opportunities. Possesses in-depth knowledge of business and technical areas. Proactive in the training and mentoring of other staff members. Minimum Qualifications Required:

• .NET Framework distributed application design and development - 5 + years
  
• In-depth understanding of application architecture related to a relational database foundation - Oracle preferred
  
• Intermediate SQL capabilities and experience with stored procedures required, basic understanding of ASP Classic & .NET required, intermediate level of programming experience preferred
  
• Attention to detail is a must
  
• Exceptional problem solving skills/ability to work independently
  
• Experience with .NET Framework v3.5
  
• Thorough understanding of service oriented architecture with an emphasis on Windows Communication Foundation
  
• Knowledge of practices and principles of automated unit testing with practical experience using Nunit, MsTest, MbUnit or xUnit
  
• Demonstrated application architecture/design experience with practical knowledge of performance, reliability and stability best practices
  
• External web application development experience
  
• Solid understanding of design patterns and ability to provide examples of their use
  
• Solid understanding of N-tiered application design
  Team Foundation Server (TFS) experience
  
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with members of a diverse team
  
• Use of NHibernate as an ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) solution for .Net
