Responsible for requirements development, task management and execution, application architecture experience, project management experience, business analysis experience as well as quality assurance experience.

• Interacts with business partners and has a good understanding of business functions and current systems

Process

• Assists in the preparation of project documents, occasionally working directly with Project Manager or Director
  
• Compiles and summarizes organizational and process information from the business partner, including a good understanding of business terminology
  
• Adheres to IT standards and processes
  
• Assists with preparation of presentations and demonstrations

Technical

• Performs data collection tasks and leads/participates in requirement gathering/collection
  
• Directs the creation of training documents/materials and leads business partners’ training sessions, as well as facilitate JAD Sessions
  
• Familiar with Requirements Gathering tools, Rational Tool set preferred.
  
• Recommends creative ways to address business partners’ needs
  
• Works with business partners to facilitate understanding of scope, in terms they can understand
  
• Has performed in an Iterative/Agile Environment.
  
• May work on multiple projects as subject matter expert
  
• May perform some of the duties of an IT Software Engineer and/or IT Quality Assurance Analyst

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated experience at researching, collecting and analyzing data.
  
• Comprehensive understanding and application of project management and business process improvement principles and practices.
  
• Highly experienced and proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Project as well) tools.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, planning, problem solving, presentation and verbal/written skills to communicate complex ideas.
  
• Ability to work independently, within a team environment and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and assume responsibility for meeting deadlines.
