Responsibilities:
- Interact with business customers to gather, document, refine, and maintain detailed business requirements for the Company consumer-facing Account Manager web and mobile application.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT developers
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans and scripts
- Provide application support on weekday and weekends on a rotating basis
Skills Required:
- MUST HAVE clear, strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of USDM, RUPP, AGILE or similar application life cycle methodology skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Solid understanding of Web application technologies: J2EE, HTML, JavaScript
- Customer centric and team oriented
- Self-starter with a high degree of motivation and ability to work independently
- MS-Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc)
Skills Preferred:
Working knowledge of J2EE patterns and object oriented analysis
Experience Required:
- 2+ years of object oriented programming
- 4+ years of working on large, multi-system programs involving local and remote team members
- 4+ years of carrying out application life cycle methodology, including documenting business requirements and developing and executing test plans.
- 2+ years of working directly with business customers
Education Required:
4-Year College Degree in Business, IT, or related field
