Key elements of the position include:
  • Meeting with clients, determining business requirements and translating into technical requirements
  • Will be working with software development team, overseeing quality assurance testing, and verifying implementation
  • A Client Integrator would be expected to see approximately 20 enhancements through to implementation each month
  • Interfacing with the client to understand the goals of the project.
  • Having influence on the project through client relations, business requirements, conceptual design and detailed specification. This requires creativity, good fundamental engineering skills and knowledge of available applications and process technologies.
  • Solving complex problems by collecting and interpreting data
  • Working closely with other specialists, including: application engineers, code developers, quality control, network engineers on product specifications and production schedules.
  • Analyzing data to identify areas of oncoming trouble or opportunities for improvement.
  • Designing, detailing and implementing new processes, monitoring modifications and upgrades, and troubleshooting existing processes.
  • Preparing flow diagrams, charts / matrixes and test scenarios / scripts.
  • Performing qualification and validation activities as needed to bring new / modified processes into production.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to develop scope of work for a project.
  • Present information and respond to questions from clients and employees.
  • Write requirements and detailed specification and keep accurate documentation.
  • Develop the process flow diagram for complex process system.
  • Prepare new / enhancement bulletins and client procedures.
  • Become an expert for application features and functionality.
  • Gather process data - analyze the data for process design development.
  • Work on multiple projects / enhancements / defects at one time.
  • Solve problems and deal with a variety of issues real time.
  • Define complex problems and situations clearly and objectively.
  • Readily identify subtle and obvious information needed to enhance decision making or problem solving effectiveness.
  • Apply sound logic and reasoning when analyzing information.
  • Consistently draw accurate conclusions from information.
  • Develop strong arguments for the support of ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be able to write the business and technical specifications
  • Ideal candidates are those who have experience driving client integration & deployment efforts, implementations of ERP systems, etc.
  • It is a Huge Plus for this role to have Industry experience- in the Trading/Bonds/Fixed Income environment.
  • Finance industry experience is required. Any candidates from a Auto/Manufacturing environment will be declined.
