DPM is looking for a Data Architect with several years experience with these type skills:

• Logical data modeling in Erwin – both 3NF and conformed dimension star schema
  
• Understanding of both Kimball and Inmon data warehouse design approaches
  
• Data warehouse technical architecture (Oracle and Business Objects experience preferred)
  
• Metadata design
  
• Excellent communication with both technical contributors and business stakeholders
  
• High-level requirements gathering
  
• Written communication
  
• DW/BI program and project planning
  
• Resolve semantic discrepancies in data definitions
  
• Data analysis and data mapping
  
• Data quality best practices
  
• Data Architecture / data flow design for Data Warehousing & Operational Data Stores
  
• ETL integration best practices
